Hey everyone, just finished my closed loop with a mag9 on it. Works great so far, but keep getting micro bubbles in it, all parts are glued except the ones submerged underwater. Any Ideas on how to cure it ?

Did you wrap Teflon Tape on every Male Threaded PVC (and on the pump) adapter/fitting? If not, that's your problem.

I taped everything that needed it and glued all that is not underwater.

just a thought but could it be cavitating due to not enough unrestricted flow to the suction side of the pump? Just thinking out loud here...what size inlet is your pipe
