I have 2 oddessy fixtures on my 100g reef. Ones a 48" 260w pc and the other is a 60" 322w pc , which is 582w together , buy this being just pc and not mh does that effect the end results or is it too much light. If so should I scrap the 260 and stick with the 322w untill I can save up for mhs? Thanks in advance for the help.

I think it's practicly impossible to get TOO MUCH artificial, flourescent lighting over a tank. you can only fit so many bulbs over one area.

What do you want to keep?

    Zoas-LPS 250w

    SPS 400w

How long is your tank? If it is a 100 Long, then I would say 3 bulbs. If it is a 100 Reguler (Square) I would say only 2 and maybe some VHOs.
