Okay folks, I know you are probably tired of my constant questions but here is another. Maybe one day I will know enough to help some one else. For now I will have to just leach off of all of you. This morning i found some white squiggly things attached to the glass. Its about 1/2" wide and 1.5" long. Any ideas as to what it could be? I was thinking eggs from one of the snails perhaps.

I can not take a photo b/c the things are too small and I do not have a good enough camera. Also, when I got home from church tonight they were all but gone. Upon closer examination, I can see that the "squiggles" are actually series of small spheres. I can barely distinguish them from each other which is why I thought they were like lines not just the spheres. Any ideas as to what they could be? Also, if they were eggs would the fish and other critters eat them?

Very similar to that picture. They are all gone now. Either floated off or got eaten.
