Ok so I found out today, (glad I checked) but the 53gal cube is actually a 45gal cube. Everything I have been buying has been for 75-90gal volume and a few pieces are rated for more than that. Could I sill use this over rated equipment or should I get rid of it in exchange for lower rated equipment. I can give specific examples if needed. Thanks in advance.

For most things I personally do not see an issue with having equipment a bit oversized.
In most cases having a bit more than needed is a good thing even though it may not be needed in beginning of the system but as corals grow out flow becomes an issue needing more, tank gets more mature with fish and you may feed heavy so a larger skimmer may be of great help.
So on an So forth.
Most modern equipment is DC and controllable in speed which makes them really adaptable

Well the lights I guess I could just keep one as a backup but 2 AI 52's would be a bit much. The skimmer is a bubble magus 110se, which I think is rated for 100gal and isn't a dc model, everything else I should be able to use.

Aquascape looks great. Is the purple rock all one piece? If not you did a great job putting it together. Not a huge fan of the stacked flat rock but does give good placements for coral. All and all I like it.
