Anyone know what this lens is for?

This lens came with my light but there are no instructions about what is it for or even how to put in on. Anyone know what this is for? This is the lens and box for my light

More than likely its a different degree of optic to change the spread of the light. Thats my best guess.

Well, that depends.. size of tank and what do you plan on keepin?? Read the literature that came with the light. Im sure either in the box or on it it says what ° the optics are. Take a picture of the underside of the light for us.

It going to be a coral tank. It is 24x24x24. I looked at all the paperwork and it only has how to set it up and how to set up the wifi. It doesn't even show the lens in the contents that come in the box.
