Got called at 10pm that something was wrong with the pininsula tank. Aparently the intake was partly blocked by something and they thought the water was low from evaporation and added quite a bit of fresh water to the tank that then very nearly overflowed onto the floor. I had to go over to fix it and was up till nearly 1pm changing water raising the salinity back up and fixing the issue with the filter. Ended up staying because it was so late but couldn't sleep now I have a 12 hr shift to finish...fun...
The corals were looking better this morning so I'm hoping they are ok.

One time, a snail managed to get stuck inside one of the drain pipes while we were on vacation and you can guess what happened next.

Did some more mantinance scraped glass ect today. Heres some cloudy angry pics from the peninsula.

hot 3 new heads starting hard to see because they closed up.

had to scrape away the gsp was encroaching on this one and irritating the underside.

not sure what this knob of flesh is. It feels like its seprate but still atached and like theres something.ething hard in the middle like a skeleton piece. It's very strange. It had a funny little spot on it here when I first got it but it's getting bigger.
